Certainly price is not dictating by fundamentals or technicals alone. The long term prospects are influenced by EPS and EPS is influenced by competition and costs. So if they do not make their projections (or expected projections)... look out. I for one see LVCI as undervalued and am in. There is a slight resistance level at 11 15/32 which if broken will give that UPSIDE to this equity. The bottom of about 9.5 was tested four times and acts as a nice support level (which I hope is behind us). Dean
