David

I followed you here from INTF - hope you don't mind.
Looking at the LWNTF latest 10Q I do not see much to get excited over and would appreciate your feedback as to why you think LWNTF is any more than extremely speculative. Since LWNTF is basically a new company ("having changed its direction toward internet products and svcs while reducing expenses")perhaps you could shed some insight into the recent goings on at the company since info on this co is scarce. I do like the recent announcement that LWNTF is leveraging the only thing it has, its stock, to purchase Star+Globe which has a very nice customer list (and I can actually view their website as opposed to LWNTF's). I also like the recent infusion of cash the company got from Vulcan Investments. I would appreciate any guidance you could give (links for DD) to help me better understand the opportunity here. I will probably enter LWNTF for now as a technical trade only while I try and figure out if I want to keep any long. LWNTF just turned up today after the 50% retrace.

From the White Papers:

English is not native to 91% of the world's population. More demand for translations into Chinese and Korean, and the ability to speak any of the South East Asian languages is especially valuable for businesses today.

· Over 75% of the world's purchasing power and over 95% of potential customers live outside the United States.

· Internet growth overseas is faster than in the United States. By 2002, 60% of Internet users and 40% of electronic commerce revenue will come from outside the U.S.

· The more popular sites on the Internet such as AltaVista, CNN and Yahoo! are already multilingual.

OK Dave,

Time to work your magic over here (maybe bring TLindt over too). I haven't spoken to management as you have - when, in your opinion, can we expect to see some results or news releases relationg to the attempted turnaround.

I have bought some to be in the game - still thinking about whether this should be a "major" or "minor" position.

Thanks, as always, for your contribution
