I can't agree with that. There are many levels of tolerance- or you could call it non-interference in the rights of others.

One way to not interfere is to allow people to be as delusional as they want as long as they don't interfere with you and your rights.

Of course that's difficult to judge (the bit about people affecting your right to be unmolested)- because people massing together always affect others- they affect public policy, they affect the emotional climate of an age or a time. Easy to see (for example) how all those Christians affect the public airwaves and the public streets and all the other public places- which we all have to frequent, whether we wish to be confronted with Santa (a Christian Saint after all) et al or not. And that is just one example.
