No it is not- unless you choose to define it that way. I tolerate people who do not bother me, I do not despise them, I might find them humorous, but I still feel a wonder at the differences in humans. I can't imagine being a believer in anything yet I am SURROUNDED by them everywhere- even you Terrence. Of course I don't feel a deep sense of kinship with you- but I wouldn't abuse you on the street for not believing what I believe. I only argue here because it is a place TO argue- I don't go out of my way to confront people in their "home grounds" NOT because I am afraid of retribution- but because I am empathic. Mormon's and Jehova's witnesses come to MY door and bother me, so I don't go out and bother other people. The people STILL come to my door, but I rise above that and don't bother other's anyway. I can't see it working anyway. knock knock "Hi, I've some to tell you today about how you should be open to doubt. I am spreading the joyful word about agnosticism- the peaceful acceptance of not knowing, while still continuing the search for knowledge, but without closing off any paths by virtue of absolute faith. I am here to tell you that you will find release from the stress that faith can place on you. That you will find peace in a world where you are confronted with numerous types of conflicting faiths- because you will be able to accept that all or none of them might be true, or something in between." Yeah, that's gonna sell really well. Maybe if I link it to lots of gifts, and cards...yeah...Agnostic Cards- for those times you just don't know what to say.
