Kyros...

Not so fast :) I have a stupid question before you fade off into the sunset.

To get PALM shares (other than buying at the IPO) you have to own COMS shares - right? Is it different if I own COMS shares pre-IPO or not .... other than the obvious stock price change - it doesn't matter - right?

That is - one could buy COMS at anytime up to the date of the 80% distribution and still get PALM. right? What do you lose by waiting??? getting in on COMS when the price is low is the only thing (and it should be the only thing we need :).... BUT, if that is the case what do we really expect on the IPO. My reasoning is that it could be - at least in part - already priced in. Maybe that was the move from 25 to 45? You see, those that want PALM and see it as a valuable company to own are already buying or more correctly - have already BOUGHT COMS - right? Then the value of COMS and PALM should already be dialed in.... or at least somewhat... certainly the institutions know this. So, what am I missing? Yes, I know there will be more buyers with the IPO - but THAT many???

I don't know - maybe I worry too much. But it just seems like we might see a nice move moving to the IPO and a little bump after that but it seems like everyone else should know this too and should already be here and therefore the PALM IPO may not be a big as well all think it is.

What do you think?
