Is Centerville a real town? I keep reading these books to my son about Centerville ... I guess it makes sense. Probably modeled after a peal race, I mean a play race, dadburnit!! -- I mean real place ... :-)

ahhh, niles. the hollywood before hollywood became hollywood. i wonder how many folks know that? fremont was nice (ok, the food WAS bland compared to san fran!). just too expensive. much worse now and i've only been out of there for 3 years. those farmers back in the day better be rich! :-)
