Blind negative comments like this are a hallmark of the shorts on this stock.

Given the fact that EDS started with a deal with GM that in some ways was not even as encompassing as cmrc's (not to mention the fact that EDS had no standard software to sell or a transaction-based revenue model)... then where would you put the valuation of cmrc relative to their industry?

Are you predicting an overall market decline or just a decline in cmrc? Akamai and sycamore are valued 50-100% more than cmrc... with more entrenched competition and a less lucrative revenue model, are you also predicting panic selling there?

My guess is you don't know anything about this business and your entire criterion for being here is the fact that cmrc is going up 50 pts a day.

Erick,
No one outside the asylums should be short. However, how many shares over 1 are you short? LOL

Ted

Erick444,

You are showing a lot of ignorance, or condemning tech valuations as a whole. Make up your mind.

The market cap here is $14B. EBay is $19B. Yahoo is over $100B.

Many other B2B companies are at or near $10B. Vignette is around $8B. INSP is around $10B. Ariba is around $15B. ITWO is around $19B.

Commerce at $14B? Looks about right. Perhaps it should have never been at 30, which is $500M.

Where was AMZN last December in market cap?

Share price and appreciation is one isolated data point you provide. You need to do better than that with this crowd--we are a tad more sophisticated than the Yahoo! folks. References to bloated pigs make people like me laugh. The Titanic was a new one-it shows at least you have a creative, if analytically-challenged mind.

I look forward to your short. Even if you make money on it, my shares of CMRC will be worth more a year from now than today, most likely quite a bit more.
