Aloiha Richard! LOL!! I think it will be interesting to see just where the SEC goes with its investigation into possible stock manipulation by outsiders. As dumb as I think Tice is, I don't think he would be dumb enough to actually short TYC himself, which leaves family members, friends, business associates and the like who may have shorted the stock on information from him prior to the publication of his lame charges. I suspect his Christmas may be a little less than jolly this year, (especially since his "Prudent"<ggg> Bear Fund has racked up 25% annual loses for his "investors" (read dooms day scenario gamblers), with the SEC breathing down his neck. But when you poke really BIG MONEY with a sharp stick you better know exactly what you are doing and Tice doesn't strike me as the well prepared type!
