You have to weigh exactly what it would cost to lose that many people. If the amount you come up with is higher than you can live with then you take steps to make enough people happy so you can live with it.

I didn't mean to imply that you could afford to lose anyone. Just that you have to understand what it is you are losing and weigh that against what you have.
