Regarding your point that there are so many shares outstanding: Nearly 68% of these are in the control of
Richard Lee & Assoc, and funders such as Intel. I would
think a stock buyback or some other form of consolidation would preclude moving to Nasdaq. In any case, the Merril
projections, etc have certainly factored share quantity
into their analysis and projections.

Can anyone clarify for me if there are two separate symbols and prices: 1 for U.S. OTC and another on the Hong Kong exchange ? It seems that way, as there are conflicting reports of high / low / close prices for each trading day, even accounting for currency conversion.
