Happy holidays to all the ATY longs, regarding that positive interview with K.Y. Ho, he stated "On the non-PC side, the set top box started being produced a few months ago and we are starting the high volume delivery. And during the last few months, we got a few more major design wins." When will we see the announcements of these "few more major" STB wins? Hmmmm!
Well I'm doing my part for the cause. I just spent $4,400 for a screaming new custom built PC, with, of course, an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 32 Meg multi-media card. I was using a 2 year old ATI 4 Meg card in my old PC. What an impressive difference and the good part is my cable net connection is about 3 times as fast. I suspect the graphics card has a lot to do with this among other factors. I believe that 2000 will be good for ATY. :-)) Long & strong! Cheers!!!
