Even by the standards here, we are getting buried. Although the big issue right now is not the amount of accumulation, but how fast it is coming down. We are in the midst of "white out" driving conditions. Due to accidents on the local interstates, more State Police have been called in to handle the situation. The Red Cross has opened at least one emergency shelter for the night, and the morning flights out have been canceled. As for my Christmas prep, the larder is stocked as of Monday, presents were finished being purchased on Tuesday, only a couple of things needing wrapped for each child still. That is the good news, the not so good news is, that the house is still in need of some straightening up!!! I should not have fired the cleaning lady!!! LOL smiles Jane
