G'day all - happy X'mas. there is another way to look at it. FCSE has 20MM outstanding and debt/equity is .65 [hopefully, I did not confuse it with another co, but the debt is predominately prefer conv among to a 1 to 1 conversion.] Therefore, on a fully diluted basis, it has 33MM shares outstanding. One has to ask oneself, what is the replacement cost if the big boys want to start something like that from scratch if the convergence solidifies. The obvious question is: is the market there? Or are the big boys ready to create such a market? I think that right now everyone is in a holding pattern until the Y2K dust settles, even though there are some preliminary planning from INTC and NSM. The more important question though is what Michael has alluded to: do FCSE products [hopefully patent protected] offer a price/performance advantage

best, Bosco
