Jack, BTW: Was Viperchick/Lisa really that bad to get kicked off of SI? Jack I understand that Lisa was kicked off of SI for signing on as a different person while under suspension. I was willing to "go to bat" for her, and attempt to negotiate her suspension/termination,(as I have done for others) until I found out why she was dismissed. If one violates the TOU, they need to take the punishment. When the same person attempts to circumvent, or avoid, the consequences of their actions, I must withdraw support. Have fun, Phil

Jack, Well, since you say that the alias causes your computer to crash, I certainly have no desire to click on the link. I would talk to SI Admin Bob or BryanB or one of the Dryer Brothers about that. As far as Viperchick/Lisa (I'll call her VC here), VC is an interesting case, anybody that has dealt with her will have strong feelings one way or another. She is obviously a complex character that walks both sides of the karmic fence. The best that I can do is to relate a few stories that I have heard and let you make your own decision. I have heard of several things that would cause people to pause and think, "hey, this chick is evil" and then others that put her up there at sainthood. Back when she was transforming herself from "Lisa" to the "Viperchick Secret Agent 006.9" on the very first "nothing" thread, I personally saw her bite the head off of a live bat that somebody threw on to the thread. It was obvious that she didn't fear flying rodents, rabies or public disapproval. Some of her messages when read backwards were rumored to give the evil message "post spam messages, post spam messages" and others were to have said "pump-n-dump, pump-n-dump". But on the poor threads of Calcutta, she diligently administered to those that lost their fortunes on pennystock scams and gold stocks. She is widely hailed as "Sister Viperchick" in some parts of SI. She was ambitious on the sports threads too. One time during the women's world's finals she had scored a major goal and in a fit of pure joy and ecstacy, ripped off her top and showed the world her sports bra. But there was still the darker side. One of the great controversies of her career is that she apparently taped private conversations between her and her best friend "Monica" about an affair that Monica was having with a high powered government official. It is also rumored that on the "I love Dogs" thread, she actually came to the thread and kicked a dog!!!! And perhaps you remember the old school verse "Viperchick took an axe and gave her mother forty whacks, when she saw what she had done, gave her father forty one". But earlier this year, I saw her in Kosovo doing relief work. And her work in Northridge after the earthquake and Florida after Andrew are known by most. She is in high demand in her hometown at the Children's Hospitals where she reads stories to the terminal ill children. They love her there because she is so loving and cheerful that the kids cry if they don't see her at least once a week. She is even rumored to have funded the burn ward wing of the hospital after a tragic accident where she was burned while filming a Pepsi commercial. Some of her more famous credits here on SI include starting the "Societe' Public" with the alias "TokyoLisa", Market Jewels as "Gemma", "Viperchick@Atlantic Investigations, Dear Viperchick" as "VC@Atlantic". One of here trips to Hawaii is said to have been an inspiration for a famous bear thread on SI. She was surfing on the north shore of Oahu and was coming down the face of a huge wave, yelling "it's a myth!!!, it's a myth!!!". She started the "MDA - Market Dynamics Association" thread as "LG" (LisaGirl). On a long road trip, she came up with the idea for the "No Restrooms for the Wicked" thread. I hope that this helps you come to your own conclusion as to whether or not the Viperchick was really as evil as some have said. JXM
