MMW: Thank you for providing the quarterly cash flow statements. First, it seems that the most important number is moving in the right direction: NET CASH FRM OPS -276. The most troublesome item here is Inventories. I would hope management is working to drive inventories down even as sales and production ramp up. Second, the Purchase of PP&E 2,479 and SHT TRM INVESTMTS 532 net is pretty much where the DEBT and CAPITL STK proceeds went. Third, I am not sure the numbers on the last two lines on the statements are working properly, and without fly specking this to death, I am ignoring them. In this type of business, what good is positive cash flow anyway? You want more dividends? We want profits my boy, PROFITS! Regards, Abbigail

Is anyone familiar with this deal? How big is it for LU? It's usually good for the stock price when a company trims it's work force.
