Kumar, P.S. 1. As an EGRP customer, I can attest to the fact that they need to "lead the pack" in (a) less down time (b) less bogged down time (c) more streamlined trade execution process & time. There are many times that I cannot get to various parts of my trading screens (and there are too many to begin with) due to overload on their systems. 2. I think they might want to reconsider their pricing structure for "# of trades executed in a quarter". In the OLB biz, $20 is a little steep for the first 30 trades/qtr & $5 a bit cheap on the discounts at the extreme end. Just my thoughts, rip
