Iqbal Latif: Well I sent this to you in private, but since you continue to bring me and others into your exchange I decided to publicly post my Pmail to you. ------------------ Iqbal Latif: I know you were responding to Lee aka (L3akaL3) and you have every right to defend yourself against remarks made about you on another thread. However, in defending yourself you chose to include the entire MDA/MDD thread, most of whom (including me) have never said anything pro or con about you in public. (I can not speak for private mail.) For someone who was just whining about being attacked at the start of the Holidays, you sir have indeed done the same thing to the many contributors on the MDA/MDD thread, the vast majority (including me) of which have never disparaged you in any way. That sir is hypocritical! Obviously you have been reading the MDA thread since its inception. You know I have worked hard to keep it cordial and respectful, not an easy task on SI. If you have been disparaged on the old MDA thread and now the new MDD thread it could have only been by less than a handful of posters on MDA, as I do not remember the disparaging post. (This latest one by L3 being the only one I do know about.) I have noted with each of your public replies to the ones that did insult you, you chose to not only insult them back, but to insult all that contributed to the MDA/MDD thread. Thus doing the same to them that had been done to you, making you just guilty! And, as far my being party to anything, the MDA thread was set up to give folks a forum. It was not a thread for a single guru like yours. MDA was intended to have no common mind set. The majority of the time individual posters were on both sides of all market calls. That is what I wanted a pleasant forum for debate. I stand by my market calls, right or wrong, as they were legitimate attempts complete with charts and analysis. And most of them were right. As I said previously I will not now, round up my post just to beat my chest and say how right I was. I bookmarked your thread for a couple of weeks after individuals pointed me to the post on your thread insulting and challenging MDA. I realized you did not understand the purpose of the MDA thread so I let your silly challenges and insults go unanswered. I found your thread of no value for me and un-bookmarked it within two weeks. I don't trade options or futures. I also found it hard to understand what you were saying, but I never disparaged you are your thread as you have repeatedly done to the entire MDA/MDD thread. I will ask you one more time to be specific and name the alias of those that have attacked you and stop naming entire threads as you wrongly accuse many that have never disparaged you in any way. In doing so again, you have attacked me and many others just before the Holidays. You sir are guilty of the same charge you leveled at L3. Shame on you! EDIT: When I found your thread of little value I did not disparage it, I stopped reading it! If you find the MDA now MDD thread of such little value I suggest you do the same. Now I am off to enjoy the holidays and if you choose to insult me further I will not be able to respond in a timely manner. Regards, LG
