Intel files to sell more CMGI stock

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- Intel planned to sell 75,000 common shares of CMGI, valued at $15.1 million, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission Form 144 released Monday.

The filing's release marks the * TENTH * time Intel has planned to sell CMGI stock between Nov.3 and Dec. 10, during which Intel (INTC: news, msgs) sold 981,004 common shares, with an estimated worth of $119.3 million.

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Synpan.com plans to go public with a $1 billion initial public offering, according to The Synpan Group of Companies.

Synpan.com is a Web site whereby subscribers can e-mail George Charles Pappas, author of Synpan: Inside the Wellness Universe.

Subscribers can also receive daily Synpan messages, encouraging them to start "upgrading [their] present life and reconnecting [their] God-self," according to the Web site, located at www.synpan.com.

"The Synpan label will stand for making money and making a difference in people's lives," Pappas said in a statement.


Synpan.com plans to file its initial registration within the first quarter of 2000.
