tekboy: Must admit that I expected you had probably already read the Fool column, since you are on top of so much that is relevant, but thought others here might find these views interesting. Think that particular message is so fundamental it is worth repeating. What is so sad, it that it goes against the Wall Street mantras. (But then of course, the money is in commissions for them - or their money comes from those who make their money from commissions. Holding on doesn't generate commissions, trading does.) Re your PS, my LEAPS experiment was taxable, so I understand. Good luck with yours. Mine have turned out to be the best single investment I have made, and I've made some good ones.
