Hi everyone. A most Merry Christmas to you all. I, too, want to welcome back FMK. Your vision and commitment to a belief that there was something absolutely brilliant that could be accomplished by a group of people that most investors would not bet on was truly amazing. Thanks for sharing this with us. So many of us have been well rewarded by the constant hand holding by some very talented people who regularly have contributed to the thread. I thank you for these gifts. I have two thoughts. One may be a gift of sorts..in that it may save you some heartache. For those of you who are thinking about using options purchases of puts or an option sale of deep in the money calls to protect your gains while waiting for long term status on newly acquired Valence stock..please carefully check with you tax advisor...someone who knows this area well. There are things that you can legally do...but not the above. The second thought has to do with the introduction of Valence Technology to new readers. I would think that there will be a lot of new financial advisors checking this thread for the first time as a result of this week's financing announcement. They will be looking for a quick, easy to understand summary of why this battery is better than their flashlight battery and the other batteries that are out there. The most important thing is to re-post this story every week or so. I nominate Rich to author this summary for us. Hi Rich. Thanks again to all for an amazing year. Harold

The rocket was already on the launch pad; yesterday's news moved the gantry away. The new year will see ignition and lift-off. Cleaning up the balance sheet was the best Christmas present I could have hoped for. Merry Christmas to everyone, and a prosperous New Year regardless of investment persuasions. lws
