JDN,
I don't think the MSFT CFO transfer has anything to do with it.

The important issue on the table now is the NextWave venture, Nextel is making a move for the licenses. I think GBLX and the other financiers need to help Next Wave get and keep the licenses. If this issue is resolved favorably for GBLX, we will be in the 60's.

HONG KONG -- Shares of Sino-i.com Ltd.(H.SST) are rising early Friday after the company said it plans to provide content for a pay TV alliance between Hutchison Whampoa Ltd.(H.HUW) and U.S.-based Global Crossing Ltd.(GBLX).

The alliance applied for a pay TV license from the broadcasting authorities in October.

Around 0221 GMT (9:21 p.m. EST Thursday), shares of Sino-i.com were up 17%, or 8 HK cents, to 54 HK cents, on volume valued at HK$42.6 million.

The Chinese Internet content provider also said it plans to invest US$1 million in an online financial services provider subsidiary.

(i just noticed they said Global Crossing Ltd. is U.S.-based.;-)

JPM's onloading of a large position for institutional client is what I have heard caused the downward pressure.
