Sarmad -

Here are a few more shops that list disk drive prices.
Bason Computer
Polaris Memory
Access Micro
Aiya Micro
Home and Office Tech Store

Some of the retailers used to change their prices every few days 6 months ago. Now that prices are more stable, they do not change as often and sometimes go a full week without changing the price of any drives I follow. Typically drives will go several months without changing price and then have a sizable reduction. I try to use a large sample that gives me some price reductions each week but I need to keep finding new sources as drives and suppliers change and their products are discontinued.

Thank you for the comments on the weekend report. I will not get to it until Sunday this week.

I think several retailers may deliver from the same warehouses. When they say "in stock" I do not think they mean a drive exists at the place we send our order. Our order probably holds an item in inventory through a server that will keep anyone else from claiming the same drive.

Regards,
Mark
