"Yet by 2002, GM intends to make OnStar - now available on more than one-third of its vehicle models - standard equipment on every one of the 5 million cars and trucks that roll off its assembly lines each year. Multiply that by the average $25 a month the service collects from subscribers, and OnStar could quickly deliver annual revenues of some $1.5 billion - and a huge pool of content consumers."

Even if OnStar achieves only one third of this potential, and GMGC gets a 10% servicing fee of $2.50 per month per subscriber, we are still looking at $50 million in annual revenues just from OnStar down the road.

Now lets see some deals materialize to deal with the more near term cash situation. We are close to being over the final Preffereds hurdle, and if only a few other key players agree to adopt the MagicTalk platform for their services we will have more than weathered the storm.

Thanks to all on the board who have made this challenging year more tolerable. I truly believe that we will one day celebrate together the vindication of the common vision that we in varying degrees seem to share.

Seconds Out.
