I've been a lurker on this board for several months and think it is one of the best, nut free, threads on SI. I've taken a smallish position in TTP and it is working out very well, thanks. I have a weakness for biotech story stocks even though I don't have a biotech background and have to go over the information several times to understand it. I'm sure no one cares about my investments or history with TTP but I thought I would at least contribute a recommendation on a book that helped me understand a lot more about biotech companies in this phase of development. It's called "The Billion Dollar Molecule" by Barry Werth. It is about Vertex, a few years back when they were at this stage.
