Glenn, you ever read the dilbert cartoons ? i lived it long enough. i will hopefully be working by sept, 2000

Ike,

I can't say I have read these cartoons. My wife says I do not take time to stop and smell the roses.

my new responsibities will include determining whether a kid really has to go to the toilet or is just bluffing to party in the
hallways. Do you think this will be easier or more difficult to do than to figure out the stock market ?

I can't honestly say which would be easier. I do not have a clue about kids telling the truth. Worse yet, the market confuses me more than ever.

besides, how many bosses (besides you of course) are nice people ?

I only had a "boss" once when I worked at Sears. My immediate supervisor there was fine. I would not give much credit to the manager of the store at that time as far as employee relations go.

I do have a boss now in an indirect sense. They are my customers. I do agree with Bezos on the issue that customer satisfaction is the most important focus.

I believe you and I should schedule a meeting at the Niagra Casino soon. January is wide open for me. February has Valentine and then the New York Jewelry show is late February. March til early May is wide open too.

Glenn
