Well, I called in to sell some mutual funds to TD Waterhouse Canada on Monday and had to wait on hold for about 20 minutes. I wasn't very impressed with that. On the other hand, the service I've received at Waterhouse/Greenline has generally been pretty good, so I'm not about to dump them over this one incident. I did dump the last of my TD Waterhouse shares yesterday for a tax loss. This has probably been one of my worst performers this year and the only IPO I lost money on. I might consider buying back in again in February after Greenspan et. al. raises rates and spooks the market. Barry Moss
