Ram, my experience has been that when the IEI gets over 3 (and we are quite close with only one mildly bearish post in the last two days), one should start and "worry" a little. But lets leave the worrying to next year. Happy Holidays to everyone, and have a great new millennium.

Ram: I don't usually get too deep into predicting the price of any particular stock as I am usually wrong one way or the other. On the other hand, I do like to think about the relevant possibilities that can effect a company and your list seems to mention many of the things that could change the prospects depending on how they play out. I think a lot of people missed the addition to one of the latest SEC filings concerning their defense strategy for a hostile take over. The way I understood it, the board can create 50 million shares and determine things like voting rights without shareholder approval. If you add in the 25-30% insider holdings, I don't think that we are going to see a successful hostile take over. duckster
