I would expect the lawsuit results to be a win-win for the shareholders. I would think if the company wins they will get on with the business plan, if they lose the plaintiffs own the company and they will get on with the business plan. And after all .03 is probably cheaper than a shell right now!

Where can we find revenue and net earnings on the company?. It could be a momentum play, but I would like to see the financials. Especially the debt structure for a start up company.
