The Jerusalem Church, the Antiochian Church and the Egyptian Coptic Church came before Rome. They all maintained very accurate records about the succession of Bishops. The Anglican, the Lutheran and other churches simply used the records from the the Orthodox and the Coptic Churches when they split away from Rome. Do you believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and was raised from the dead for your justification. Are your sins washed in the blood of Jesus? How about average Joe?
