Thanks John....Very sound advise....

I've been lucky and fortunate in my Valence investment and am very grateful for my monetary blessings and hope I have gained some wisdom for future decision making.

I first heard about Valence through some Los Alamos National Laboratory scientists....who said that some brilliant people were doing exciting research in battery technology. I followed the technology as close as any of the long-term investors and fell in love with the idea and potential and figured the money would follow.

Too bad some of the naysayers got stuck in their myopic doctrine and lost sight of the big picture. I did learn a lot about interpretation of SEC documents and the stock manipulation caused by the variable conversion issues and will take notice of the "potholes" in future investment decisions...

I apologize to Larry and Zeev for pushing the issue to such an extreme defense. I've felt so strongly that these two omitted the "crux of reason" why one would invest in this company and it seemed to me that Larry and Zeev purposefully refused to acknowledge the potential of the technology. They rather chose to "wallow in the semantics" of SEC documents.

Larry, Zeev....for now... I'm glad for my sake that I followed my intuitions....that "I fell in love" with this technology....and I hope for a long term Valence relationship....

Merry Christmas, FMK.........

John,
Thanks for sharing a beautiful piece of wisdom with your Valence friends.
I printed it out for my wife and she cried.
My favorite saying for my family is the Chinese proverb
" I hear and I forget
I see and I remember
I do and I understand "
Thanks again,
Dick
