DownSouth and all: I have also enjoyed and profited greatly from lurking on this board and would like to wish all a very Happy Holiday Season. A question I have been wrestling with recently is how to balance my portfolio. Would be grateful for any advice. Currently I have 3 holdings-QCOM at 87% held in a taxable account for over 13 months and GMST at 9% with CREE making up the other 5% both in an IRA. I have felt for some time that it may be wise to rebalance by selling some Q and buying GMST but sure hate to pay the 20% Capital Gains tax such a move would require. What do you all see the relative potential for Q versus GMST going forward. Thanks for any comments.
