Is this the guy that is involved with WSP SAM David Patterson Chairman of EKHO project and President of Aster Ventures Inc. has been cited by the B.C. Securities Commission for alledged insider trading and other securities violations dating back almost 10 years.NONE OF THE EKHO COMPANIES is involved in the Notice of Hearing.The penalties being sought by the BCSC include forcing Mr. Patterson to step down as a Director or officer of any publicly traded company;banning him from investor relations activity and assessing an administrative penalty.The BCSC says that Mr. Patterson failed to file insider trading reports.
