10kwizard.com under "word search" you can type in name change or symbol change,,or my favorite, convertible preferred<vbg>, then click on the links that come up- example,,,I see Food Lion wants to change their name-results from search 10kwizard.com ..Merry Christmas all...nice list Sergio!!, DD (think'in oil is going to live'n up in the coming weeks)would have liked to hold RIG long, but 100,000,000 new shares issued to SLB holders for the spinoff will hit the market on Dec 31,combined with funds completing their purchases to mimic the S&P, after RIG's inclusion on the 1st.could be some nearterm weakness,,ie. buying op<g>.....

actually "name change proposal" would refine the search and narrow the results.. 10kwizard.com (you can change the date parameters to fit your search as well, good luck,DD ("regulation S" is always a fun one to search<lol>)- it won't do any metastock updating though.. symbol change 10kwizard.com (I think you can set it up to alert you via email)
