Zero records would do it. Is it a new company...IPO?
Why did you want to save it to a special folder, as opposed to using the default? (In other words, you might want to start again, not specify the folder, open the smart chart and save it the way you want later, as I describe below:
If I want to set up other than the default chart type, what I find most convenient is to make my changes on the smart chart and save as to my "charts" folder. and then close the smart chart without saving the changes.
Other users that want a special setup for all their charts change the default using a template.

I don't mind helping...I'm not the best one to ask, but I may be the only one here today!

I just reviewed all of our previous posts and cannot picture what may be happening here, so here's a couple of random thoughts:

Is your download service working today?
Do you have the correct symbol?
Try deleting the security and starting again.
Try a security that you are absolutely sure exists -- IBM -- using exactly the same procedure.
