Not at all James... I am still a shareholder and have the better part of my original purchase still in tact. I never sold on the runnup to .36 either .... unlike those who accused me of pumping and dumping. I continue to host the company on my website and perform as I stated I would. I believe that ESSI represents a very good long term investment...one of the better among penny stocks. I am not out to give the company a black name. I do however want to the shares promised by Ken Danchuk in writing. I have never encountered anything quite like the shareholders here on this thread...nor like some of the officers of ESSI. No one here, in my opinion, really has a clue as to what went on between me and Ken Danchuk...you've all just been guessing and speculating. I would not come onto this thread and make this "outrageous proposal" if I was not fully persuaded that I am entitled to the shares promised. Ken offered to settle for a lesser amount of shares...and I have refused. Remember - Ken solicited ME...I have 10 emails from him soliciting my services...I have what I said I would do in writing and am doing it...and a promise that he would forward the shares that to date is unfulfilled. When you inquire of Ken...he is not going to tell you why he solicited me...and for now...I am not going to tell you either. I never let myself get roped into his agenda...period. I will only come here to say what I want and when I want. I dont feel any need to defend myself...but do not object to reiterating my position. I do notice that the board gurus are gone...flat out disappeared. Where is Tom???
