This is just plain silly- fluff journalism from a "wise" financial publication. Does anyone really believe that shoppers are
going to "head back to the malls" in droves next Xmas because of late shipments this Xmas?

Actually, the consumer never left the shopping centers. I can attest to that.

There was initially a lot of defection from AOL. The alternatives were not good. The problem was soved. Not a good comparison at all.

You just continue to believe in Amazon. The point this year is fulfillment costs are going to come in ever higher than originally planned due to a lot of overtime pay, hotel expense in Nevada and travel expense.
