Here's what I tried this morning. I re-loaded the downloader. Then I deleted some folders from the right side of the download selection process. Then I added them back. Then I deleted some of the data on several files in the sample folder. Then I downloaded prices....same result as before; the securities where I removed data filled back in and NOTHING was received for the new securities I attempted to add. I couldn't re-install the old download version since it's packed away in a box as we're getting ready to move. I'm going to call Equis tomorrow; unless of course one of you "guys" know the solution to my problem! I went searching the downloader help and they don't have a troubleshooting section nor do they have much to say about the internet download process.
