I really have to question why those in the know didn't sell at $ 3 and buy back at under $1! It seems a reasonable play to me.

Forget about the tax consequences! I've heard that excuse before. Forget about the excessive commissions! I've heard that too.

If those in the know really are that well-informed, then the writing was on the wall. What went up quickly was going to fall quickly. Seems reasonable to sell at $ 3 and buy back at $ .50 and wait for another run. All those shares - all that money!

Maybe greed got in the way and folks actually thought it would go higher than it really did. Who knows. Making money in penny stocks is not for the faint-hearted.

Took my LGOV profits and sunk them into EXDS. Sleeping better now.

Hope I don't get flamed, or worse yet, sexually seduced for selling my shares.
