I wasn't making a statement of fact Guy, only opinion. I think that money and ego are always a good consideration. I don't think either played a part here, though. Think about it: 1) Money. The guy is already Texas rich and he was set for life at MSFT. Where's the money come from if there's no " strategic vision"? 2) Ego. Let's see -- CFO of the company that has changed the world in the last decade or head of an obscure Canadian company. I want to believe that he's foresaking one company whose halcyon days are past for one whose are yet to come. It would be the logical sequence of things, right. Software development, networking equipment, high-speed connectivity.
