<First on here felt pretty amazing. "Look!! Nobody here!"> I sometimes get that feeling when I'm walking across a big field of fresh-fallen snow while wearing my snowshoes.... Kind of like having that most expansive sheet of white paper before me. Sometimes I just wander across it, stopping to look at the small bird's nests that are ingeniously woven into the branches of a small bush. Other times, if I'm in the mood for it, I'll tramp around making some weird symbol or spelling out a word in 30 foot tall letters... Brings back memories or tramping out peace-signs on the new fallen snow of the high school football field... Sometimes I lay down in the snow and make snow-angels. Maggie does the canine-angel equivalent somewhere nearby.... Yep... I know the feeling... Guess I've commandeered the snowy field when I do these things... That's OK... the snow will fall and create a tabula rasa for the next person who happens along... Kind of like the thread... Someone else will be first tomorrow...;-}>
