One last thing; imo, there is a delayed reaction to the GlobalStar announcement percolating

I think your right. I look for a strong last week of the year, putting NSATF in a good position for Y2k.

This is generally a bad time to sell, at a "gain" anyway. Wait 4 days and you stave the tax man off for another year :)))
