Joe,

Regarding your questions...

According to the information found there, their scanning software will filter stocks based on my criteria, then their execution software will submit an order for execution.

Actually they have several scanning tools. And yes, their order entry execution software submits the order.

Have you tried their auto order execution feature?

Both CyberTrader and CyberX have the autoexecution feature. However, I don't use it. Market Makers are prone to procesing trades far out of the market just to trigger auto-execution orders. Too dangerous, IMO.

Also, how responsive have you found their customer service and technical support?

Customer service and tech support is very good to excellent. Usually they can resolve issue over the phone. If they can't, they call you back. They are very responsive.

Regards,

Dan.

You can not have orders entered based upon the stocks that enter the scanning software (CyBerQuant). The conditional order entry can only be set for the variables of price or volume.

It is an excellent tool for finding stocks that meet your specific requirements. It is up to the trader though to place the orders.
