Your dream dinner is a snap at certain establishments. Potato and leek soup--hot or cold? Filet mignon--too well done for me, but passable--how about a nice Sauce Bordelaise? As for the soufflée, have you ever tried it with a crème anglaise? And what about a fine Bordeaux?
