fuddle,

The fact that you believe that JDX will ever see $10 proves that you believe that the internet mania will continue.

The fact that you say something like that proves that you believe JDX is going to be a one-trick pony (i.e. Internet only). They have consistently made statements such as the following (from the Nov. 22 news release):

"Jordex is continuing to review and negotiate investment opportunities in the technology, internet and telecommunications industries."

This indicates to me that they are fully aware of the potential consequences of putting all of their eggs in the Internet basket.

Yup, I believe the internet and the opportunities and efficiencies it will bring and the doors it will open is still in its infancy.

. I have serious doubts about that. I actually think that JDX is cheap compared to other similar stocks. I can like a company but hate a sector.

Hmmmm....me thinks you are either getting tired or you have been reading too many Kaiser bottom fishing reports.....you might like this one..."when the wind blows hard enough, even a turkey can fly, but when a down draft hits, everything goes down"...or maybe this one...."if frogs had wings, they wouldn't bump their ass so often"....Are you saying that JDX is a good company but it might be the wrong time to own it?

It will change everything and I do not think that we can compare it to any other technology in History. I just believe that the transition is going to be extremely painful.

Okay, I'll buy that...no wait a minute...I'll buy more JDX:-))Why you ask? Back in 1990-94 lots of people either shorted or stood aside from companies like Dell, Microsoft, Intel because they were obviously over bought, the multiples had expanded too far and the market for their stocks had become a mania.....Earlier this year, folks with that same "rational" got killed shorting internet stocks like Amazon.com....When was the wrong time to buy Dell, Intell, Microsoft or CMGI say even only 3 or 4 years ago? JDX could be another stock that folks kick themselves for selling at $US10 or $20 or.....
