Merry Christmas to everyone yesterday.....and I see by the 1,365 messages I have missed during my 5-week absence that you have indeed been busy little elves...and I have some significant homework to do. While away from the thread...I have indeed missed it...my taxable portfolio is up just about 45%, and the Roth is almost 80% ahead, so maybe silence is golden after all. I'll back track on the thread from November 19th forward, but lurQ until I'm current. BTW, if anybody owns shares in Sprint, I call it a sell. Their service is lousy, at least here in rural SC....took 16 working days to get an existing phone line activated, and they tell me DSL won't be available until late 2001! They have too few people by half, and aren't running recruitment ads for installers anywhere in the State. STAN: PM me with the MSG# for your survey and I'll participate.
