But Dick, a smart investor would have sold at $ 3 and waited for the drop to buy back in. That's the point I was trying to make.

I was not saying to get out and stay out of LGOV forever. If you truly believe in the contracts and in the company, why not take a ton of profits, wait for the stock to settle down, and then buy more?

You stated that "lots of fortunes are lost by selling too soon." I never consider selling at a profit too soon...especially when I have owned a stock that qualifies for long-term capital gains!
