Larry, actually, I doubt Capital was caught in the IPMCF maelstrom. If you remember on the last rally to $8, they suddenly announced publicly the acquisition of 50,000 shares (they acquired before more than a million shares, if memory serves), long before they had to do so for SEC purposes, that raised a red "Vinik" flag to me, and I became even more bearish than before on IPMCF (the great failure of the SIDDI <VBG>). It turned out they engineered with their announcement the rally into which they bailed out, just as Vinik did with MU at $95, announcing publicly his bullish stand while liquidating his position into the strength his announcement created.

You got to be careful with Capital, but for now, I think their being in VLNC's corner is positive, if they suddenly announce publicly (before the due date) the acquisition of additional shares, then you may want to ask you if they are trying again to manipulate the market (completely legally, mind you).

Larry: Wasn't IPMCF one of your favorite picks or did you lose a bundle there?

Larry: Since you brought the IPMCF subject here, I decided to stroll through the IPMCF board and couldn't help but notice what a flaming bull you were in a failing company. I put up a few links below for the other posters to view. I think it sheds light on your "modus operandi". Seems you skipped your due diligence concerning Valence and IPMCF.

Hope you had a peaceful holiday.

MJ
