d, a reminder on my(not GATA's) prediction of Barrick, which has nothing
to do with me accepting the stand of GATA that Barrick has hedged against
the price of gold increasing thru an understanding that forces are in place
to keep the price of gold down (the same forces that have keep it low for
the last 10 years), and based on this practice a degree of stability has
been created to indirectly help keep the price of gold low.

But back to my opinion of Barrick for the near future, I disagree with GATA
in that Barrick will continue to hedge it hedge(whatever that means) so that
no matter what happens next Barrick will continue to take the side that is
currently in charge, which is now keeping price of gold low.

Following my past post made 1 week ago is a current one from other thread
made today by Bob Johnson. I have not looked into the urls provided, as I
have no interest in ABX as an investment (never held & no plans to).

...my next bet is that the management of Barrick will stay one step ahead...
...do whatever is necessary to control...
...Barrick ABX will continue at the top of the gold mining industry
and even get stronger...
So, my final bet is that ABX this time next year will go to new highs
and continue upwards as it will become one of the strongest companies
that mines for gold...

Looks like Barrick is buying Tanzania;
first Sutton Resources,
then a stake in Pangea Goldfields
pangeagoldfields.com
and Tan Range
tanrange.com

<<...why you follow gold I can't fathom.>> d

I have stated why many times.

I hold no physical or paper gold.

I hold stock in 3 penny precious metals companies,
none currently producing any metals.

If the price of gold increases over $350 then my Mongolian
investment will go from the toilet to a pee puddle.

My reason to be pro GATA is that they are on the side of the
battle between good and evil, that to me is the good.

Like I stated before, I want the good side to win in this current
war between good and evil. Anyway, evil has won 98% of all prior wars,
so its time for a good win. Also, this is a biggie war here,
with far reaching effects that will last a long time before the
next war occures between good and evil.

Its off topic, but I know that you are a good and honest person,
its just the Barrick agenda that opens a windows for an evil demon
to speak for you.
