Did on 23rd March of 1999 a meeting take place in Mozdok, in the headquarters at the HQ Russian forces in Mozdok? Where among the presents were Russian pime minster, Russiana defense minister, Bislan Gantamirvo the head of pro-Russian Chechne government in exile, and off course Mashkadov? What was discussed, are know to Russians and and a few other sources, but invasion of Chechnya was fully discussed, and off course full compensation of Aslan Mashkadov.
