Softbank split and ADR

I agree re an ADR. A stock split would then be unnecessary, as it could be a 1:10 ADR ratio, thus avoiding the need to pay dividends to Japanese investors. I think Softbank would be almost obligated to offer an ADR on the Nasdaq Japan market, but I read that full integration of Nasdaq Japan and Nasdaq may not happen until 2001.

BTW, Nikkei is down late in PM; don't expect Softbank to hit the limit tonight. More yen/dollar worries.
